His current mission is to help millions of users understand how Highspot can help them land the value of their products and services with their own customers. Stephen earned his bachelor's degree in marketing at Georgetown University's McDonough's School of Business and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

For an entire day, dozens of my colleagues and I came into work and didn’t do our jobs. None of us got fired. Rather, it was arguably one of the most productive and eye-opening days we have had all year. Allow me to explain.
