Installation guide

  • Permission required: installer must be an Admin or in a group with Marketplace install enabled; request access from your Admin if needed.
  • After install the package appears as a private Spot in your domain (Favorites and Content > Spot Directory > Marketplace Spots).
  • Marketplace Spots have limited edit permissions to protect partner content; share or bookmark as needed.
  • If installation fails, verify permissions, publisher approval, license requirements, and sign-in status, then contact your Admin, the publisher, or Highspot support.
