From Vision to Velocity: Inside Highspot’s Vancouver Expansion

Table of Contents

Two years ago, we set out to expand into Vancouver — not just to grow, but to build something extraordinary. Today, we’re proud to celebrate a vibrant new office, more than 70 full-time team members, and a thriving hub of innovation that’s helping us enable the impossible for customers worldwide.

At the time, our President of Product & Engineering, Bhrighu Sareen, highlighted the immense potential we saw in the city:

“This move into Vancouver is an exciting opportunity for Highspot to tap into the multicultural talent of the city and the network of esteemed Canadian universities. At Highspot, we’re on a mission to deliver breakthrough products. I look forward to partnering with outstanding talent in the area and contributing to Canada’s innovation and economic success as we work toward our vision.”

Our new Vancouver office isn’t just a space — it’s a launchpad. It brings together machine learning pioneers, AI engineers, and the creative minds behind our Training & Coaching innovations. Every day, they’re collaborating across functions, solving complex problems, and pushing the boundaries of what our customers can achieve.

We’re equally proud of the deep partnerships we’ve fostered within the Vancouver community. Our sponsorship of the Women in Tech Regatta, spanning both Seattle and Vancouver, underscores our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and empowerment in technology. Our partnership with Northeastern University further reflects our dedication to cultivating future talent and creating impactful opportunities for aspiring professionals.

We’re also deeply grateful for the warm welcome and ongoing support from local and provincial governments, and especially Trade and Invest BC and the Ministry of Jobs, Economic Development and Innovation, who share our vision of bringing cutting-edge AI and technology jobs to Vancouver.

Looking ahead, our growth continues. We’re actively hiring, and soon we’ll launch new internship programs to nurture the next generation of talent. If you’re inspired by the possibility of shaping the future of go-to-market enablement, we encourage you to explore opportunities with our growing Vancouver team.

Thank you, Vancouver, for embracing our vision and helping us build this exciting next chapter together.
