Former President, Field Operations, Highspot

Graham is a former President of Field Operations, responsible for revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across the go-to-market organisation. Prior to Highspot, he served as President and Chief Commercial Officer at Cast & Crew, contributing to significant growth through organic means and mergers and acquisitions, including the acquisition of four companies and international expansion. Previously, Graham helped lead Box’s successful IPO as the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations. He also served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager at SuccessFactors, where he played a critical role in SAP’s record-breaking acquisition of SuccessFactors and successfully scaled the division to over $1 billion in ARR.
