Highspot remains your foundation, with more ahead
There is no immediate change to how you use Highspot, including the same login, workflows, and support. Keep working in the platform and with the teams you know today. Over time, the combined company can invest more deeply in the capabilities that help your teams execute and win.
Nothing changes in how you use Highspot
Nothing changes in how you access or use Highspot today, and no action is required. Continue working with your current Highspot contacts and support channels.
Continued support and innovation for Highspot customers
We remain committed to the Highspot platform and the capabilities you rely on. Together, we’re bringing the best of both companies – our talent, products, expertise and innovation – to move faster, invest more in AI and R&D, and help you solve more of your most important go-to-market challenges.
What does this mean for the product roadmap?
Highspot’s product plans continue. Please join us at Seismic Shift October 12-15 for the first look at our combined vision and roadmap.
How will Seismic protect Highspot customers’ continuity?
We continue to support and invest in the Highspot by Seismic platform. There are no migration plans for Highspot by Seismic customers. Any plans for Highspot by Seismic will be clearly communicated, and everything we do will be designed to protect productivity, governance, and adoption across every customer.
How will Seismic continue enhancing Highspot while shaping the combined product roadmap?
Seismic will continue to support and invest in the products that Highspot customers use while the combined roadmap takes shape through customer input and technical evaluation. The near-term focus is continuity and meaningful enhancements, followed by clear guidance whenever future platform decisions affect capabilities, workflows, or deployment choices.
How will Seismic preserve Highspot customer support quality, expertise, and responsiveness during product integration?
Highspot customers all retain dependable support, experienced guidance, and familiar escalation routes as the starting principle. Current cases, service commitments, product expertise, and critical-issue ownership will stay visible as support and success teams become more connected. We will share direct instructions and accountable contacts before any process change affects service quality.
How will Seismic preserve Highspot analytics history, dashboards, and benchmarks for Highspot customers?
Seismic will treat Highspot analytics history as a business asset, including engagement records, reporting definitions, dashboard context, and established benchmarks. If data models change in the future, Highspot customers will receive the appropriate documentation and validation steps to ensure reporting continuity remains intact.

A stronger path from GTM strategy to execution
Enablement has traditionally helped teams prepare through content, training, coaching, buyer engagement and performance insights. Seismic sees the next opportunity as going further: helping people and AI agents take action in the moments that influence customer relationships and revenue.
Both companies have a strong history in enablement. Bringing Seismic and Highspot together adds greater scale, expertise, product capabilities and investment capacity to pursue that vision.
Why should I consider the combined company?
The way go-to-market teams work is changing, particularly as AI becomes more deeply embedded in sales, marketing, enablement, revenue operations and customer-facing work.

Both companies have a strong history in enablement. Bringing Seismic and Highspot together adds greater scale, expertise, product capabilities and investment capacity to pursue that vision.
The goal is to build an AI platform for revenue execution that improves go-to-market performance by connecting signals across customer conversations, buyer engagement, governed content, coaching and seller behavior. Then, turning that intelligence into guidance and action in the flow of work, creating more consistent, high-performing teams.
Which platform should I evaluate?
Our teams will help you evaluate the solution that best fits your priorities, workflows, and timing. Both platforms continue to serve customers today, and we will be clear about what is available now and what is planned.
Does the merger affect my active evaluation?
Your evaluation can continue without interruption. Keep working with your current point of contact, who can answer questions about capabilities, implementation, pricing, and the combined company.
How will Seismic preserve implementation expertise and professional services capacity for new customers after the Highspot merger?
We will keep customer delivery separate from internal integration work, with dedicated ownership for implementations, expansions, and optimization programs. Highspot services expertise and the wider partner network can add knowledge, regional coverage, and deployment support, and every engagement will start with realistic staffing plans, named leaders, and transparent milestones.
How will Seismic maintain security, privacy, and data residency commitments?
Established security, privacy, data protection, and change-management controls will guide us, as we operate as one company and evolve our product roadmap. Existing contractual and regulatory commitments remain the baseline, while expanded resources support governance and careful technical review. Customers will receive direct information about material changes and the controls protecting their data.
How will Seismic combine AI capabilities with Highspot while preserving trusted governance and transparency?
We build our AI approach around governed content, customer context, permissions, data protection, and the workflows teams already use. With our enterprise-grade MCP server, we foresee near-term opportunities to bring the best AI from each platform to the other, with more details to be shared in the coming months. The goal is relevant automation with transparent oversight and practical human control at every important decision point.
How will Seismic preserve commercial flexibility as the revenue enablement market consolidates?
Our go-to-market strategy is always about customers’ success and meeting each organization’s requirements, deployment scope, service needs, and expected business value. The Highspot combination expands the expertise and capabilities buyers can evaluate, but it doesn’t remove the need for transparent packaging and terms. Prospects should expect clear options and enough flexibility to choose a responsible path forward.
How will Seismic ensure smaller customers receive product and service attention post-merger with Highspot?
We will design product access, services, and adoption guidance around maturity, industry, and operating model rather than company size alone. The Highspot combination expands the community and expertise informing that approach. We will judge success by customer outcomes, rather than by concentrating attention on its largest accounts.
How will Seismic demonstrate that combined capabilities with Highspot improve customer outcomes and ROI?
Customer outcomes will determine how we measure merger value, including adoption, productivity, engagement quality, opportunity progression, and program efficiency. Highspot capabilities add new signals and expertise, but scale matters only when those inputs improve day-to-day revenue execution. We plan to set baselines, track agreed measures, and share progress leaders can connect to business performance.
