Phong Lam is Director of Sales at Highspot in Central Europe. He has more than 10 years of experience in establishing and growing successful sales organisations in both national and international contexts. During his career, he has built sales structures for fast-growing technology companies from scratch at Groupon, LinkedIn, and most recently at Capmo, bringing expertise in sales in both corporate and startup environments. Since August 2022, he has led Highspot’s operational and strategic business in Central Europe.
