As a former sales rep, my goal in moving to sales productivity was to help lessen (and eradicate!) broken processes and gaps that I had faced as a seller. My first project was being tasked with the implementation and training of Highspot for our global team. I was shocked by how user-friendly the tool is — the user experience is great, very easy to navigate, and sellers can use it in a variety of ways to self-educate, browse, or pinpoint the exact piece of content that they need for their customers/prospects.
