10:30 a.m. – Case Study—Hear from Red Hat on their content organization and audit process, as well as pitfalls and benefits uncovered along the way.
11:20 a.m. – Group Exercise—Map an Ideal Content Map. We’ll whiteboard together and build out an ideal organization’s content map.
12:00 p.m. – Working Lunch Workshop—Content Mapping/Audit We’ll use this time to get hands-on and start on a content map for your organization. You’ll leave with a lot of hard work to categories and inventory your company’s main sales enablement materials.

Oliver Sharp, Co-founder and Vice President, Highspot
Oliver Sharp is co-founder and VP of Customer Services at Highspot. Oliver leads the team that manages the on boarding of all new customers, professional service engagement, as well as their on-going support needs. He has led or participated in most of Highspot’s largest and most complicated launches, including Concur, Booking.com, MultiView, PayScale and many others. Oliver received an MS and a PhD in computer science from UC Berkeley.

Greg Munster, Senior Director of Sales Productivity, Red Hat
Greg leads the Global Sales Productivity team at Red Hat, responsible for sales process, policy and tools. He is accomplished in developing strategic plans, delivering innovation and supporting program execution to marketing, sales and IT functions within industry leading technology firms. He has built a broad base of functional experience and leadership skills in technology marketing, information technology and process change management. He enjoys the identification of business performance gaps and the introduction of new processes and tools as solutions.
