Great sales performance starts with a great onboarding experience. As your sales team grows, you will need to constantly bring in new talent and make sure that sellers are fully prepared to drive sales as quickly as possible.

Join us for a complimentary half-day workshop on how to build a compelling onboarding experience that will quickly prepare your sellers to engage customers effectively.

There are many components to an effective onboarding program. In this workshop, we’ll show you how to design and implement your training process using sales enablement solutions. You need to get the right training content built, make it easy to navigate, and deliver it to sellers at a pace that they can absorb.

You also want to design your strategy knowing that training is never over – onboarding is a crucial moment, but sellers will need a program of easily consumed training that supports them throughout their career. We’ll help you map out the content you need, figure out how to build and evolve it, and decide how to make it easy for your team to find when they need and are ready to consume it.

The workshop will be interactive. We expect attendees will depart with a plan for developing and delivering an effective onboarding solution.
