My team is absolutely amazing. We have a crew of people that work together seamlessly, across feature boundaries, to deliver high-impact customer value. We have many small quirks, huge personalities, but most of all, we like to have fun when we are together.

Highspot’s work culture is collaborative and inspiring. I’ve been around so many talented individuals that not only work extremely hard, but take time out of their day to mentor and guide others. This has pushed me to continue to learn and grow, and become the best version of myself.

The engineering team at Highspot is one of the most humane, driven, and principled groups of people that I’ve had the pleasure of working with.
